LEOCORNO (by Pivotal ex Highland Gift) became Ballymacoll's second 2yo winner of the year when taking the E B F Quintin Gilbey Maiden Fillies' Stakes at Doncaster.

 

This was the first outing to the racetrack for this half sister to classic winner Golan and this year's Derby second Tartan Bearer. Jockey Richard Mullen had a wall of horses to come round with a furlong to go but the filly responded well and went on to score by 3/4l.
